Sport: (December 30, 2014) — In its first action back after the Christmas break, the Stephenville boys lost to Saginaw 60-43 and defeated Red River Homeschool 45-38 on opening day of tournament action in Bridgeport Monday.
The Yellow Jackets face Fort Worth Chisholm Trail at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, followed most likely by either Iowa Park, Decatur or Mineral Wells at 5 p.m.
Tyler Griffin scored 11 points while Darian Brown and Josh Nowell added eight each against Saginaw. Zoey Kendall netted six.
Kendall took the lead with 15 against Red River, while Griffin had nine, Nowell eight and Brown seven.
