(JULY 7, 2015) — It’s on to the championship for the Stephenville Sox in the Super Series 12U ‘World Series.’
The Sox knocked off the Cedar Park Scorpions 5-2 in the semifinal round Tuesday afternoon and face the Texas Young Gunz from Pasadena in the championship at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The Sox reached the semifinals by winning three of four pool games then knocking off Texas Hardball Light Blue from Round Rock 7-4 in the quarterfinals Tuesday morning.
