(December 30, 2015) — Lingleville shot 54 percent from the floor and turned an upset into a blowout Wednesday morning in tournament play in Eula.

Tim Griffin poured in 28 points and Colbe Stoker added 21 as the 1A No. 15 Cardinals soared past 2A No. 15 Stamford, 71-48.

Griffin caught fire from the arc, going 7-10 from deep. The senior guard was 10-15 from the floor overall and also collected six assists.

Stoker knocked down three 3-pointers and was 9-17 from the floor to score 21 points for the Cards, who led 41-32 before an 18-3 run over the end of the third and beginning of the fourth.

Bret Cogburn was perfect from the floor and scored 10 for Lingleville. Jarod Hagood and Hendrik Huisman each scored four, while Bailey Fenn and Parker Hallmark both added two.
