STEPHENVILLE (January 16, 2016) — The Stephenville Association of Realtors recognized top producers, introduced its newly elected president and board of directors and more during its annual banquet at City Limits Friday evening.

Sissy Pennington, broker/realtor of Pennington Premiere Real Estate, was elected by her peers to serve as president of the association, taking over for Heidi Olsen, who was honored as outgoing president.

J.J. Hampton was again honored as top producer as the only $30 million producer in the association.

J.J.’s mother, Barbara Hampton, owner/broker Barbara Hampton and Associates Real Estate, was later honored for her years of dedication to the association and its board of directors.

Dave Dickerson, owner/broker of Dickerson Real Estate, was recognized as a $20 million producer and also as top farm and ranch producer and top commercial producer.

Besides joining the select group of Gold Producers in the $10-20 million range, Jamie Hayden of Hayden Real Estate was also named top residential producer.
