Jackets win three classes, team title; Honeybees finish second

STEPHENVILLE (February 2, 2016) — Keith Ray, Austin Northcutt and Jacob Lopez all won their divisions to lift Stephenville to the boys team championship while the Stephenville girls finished second overall at a powerlifting meet in Comanche Saturday.

Ray won the 132 pound division, Northcutt the 275s andLopez the super heavyweights, but it was second-place Ragan Wood that made history with a 570 pound squad, a new meet record in the 198-pound class, in which he placed second overall.

Nathan Martin of Stephenville was second in the 220-pound class, Cesar Montano 4th in the 132s, Hayden Monk fourth in the 148s, Cameron Urteaga fourth in the 275s and Ethan Norris fifth in the 198s.
