(February 10, 2016) — JW Weiss buried six 3-pointers on his way to 27 points Tuesday, leading Huckabay to a crucial 42-39 district win over Gorman.

Weiss started slow, hitting just one 3-ball for his only points of the first quarter, that ended with Huckabay trailing, 16-9.

But as Weiss took off, so did the Indians. The senior guard buried a couple threes and converted an old-fashioned 3-point play in the second, then erupted for three shots from deep and scored 13 in the third before a pair of free throws in the fourth.
