Heavy rain Tuesday and the resulting quick run off caught many people by surprise. Here a car failed to make the low-water crossing on County Road 185.

ERATH COUNTY (May 31, 2016) — Storms brought more rain to Erath County and surrounding areas and the extra rain caused major flooding on the already saturated ground. With Wednesday’s forecast calling for more rain, area residents should to be cautious and prepared. If your home is damaged by the flooding then you should look for a company that has proven water damage restoration services.
