Carolyn was born in Stephenville, Texas on January 19, 1942 to Glen Huckabee and Thelma (Nicholson) Huckabee. She married Larry Browning on August 11, 1962, in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was a member of the Morgan Mill Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Texas Health Resources Hospital in Stephenville.
She was also the owner and operator of Revelations Christian Book Store in Stephenville.
Carolyn loved her family, friends, cooking, sewing, decorating, and making jewelry.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Browning of Stephenville, Texas; children, Loree Behymer and husband, Roger of Morgan Mill, Texas, Kevin Browning and wife, Donna of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren, Chelsea McGowan and husband, Mack of Morgan Mill, Texas, Samantha Behymer of Los Angeles, California, Shane McNie of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Trace Browning of Las Vegas, Nevada; great-grandchildren, Jack McGowan and Dorothy McGowan; along with several other nieces and nephews.
