(January 7, 2017) — Sergio Rangel buried four 3-pointers and scored 21 total points Friday evening, pacing Lingleville to a 63-40 18-A district victory at Strawn.

Jarod Hagood also reached double figures with 12 points and Tyson Click added nine for the Cardinals, who amassed 26 points by the end of the first quarter and never looked back. Jason Misemer netted six, Matteo Nondini four, Devon Corpus three, Tom VanKranenburg three, Luke Whiteley three and Meini Huisman two.

Lingleville hosts Moran at 6 p.m. Tuesday. It will be varsity boys only as Moran has canceled the remainder of its girls season.
