Graveside Services for Norma Ruth Belcher, 92, retired bank employee, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at West End Cemetery with Rev. Ken May officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.
Norma Ruth was born in Stephenville, Texas, on September 29, 1924, to Henry and Addie (Wells) Belcher.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas, past treasurer for Beta Sigma Phi and the American Heart Association, and was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Erath County for four years.
Survivors include sisters-in-law, Dorothy Belcher of Arlington, Texas, and Opal Grimland of Stephenville, Texas; a cousin, Marie Johnson of Stephenville, Texas; and nieces and nephews, John Belcher, Wynnell Sullivan and husband, Mike, Jody Belcher, David Belcher, Doug Davis, and Barry Belcher; and her extended family of Home Sweet Home and Lola’s Place.
