Potential weather alters Tarleton baseball, softball plans

STEPHENVILLE (March 29, 2017) — April showers brings altered schedules for the Tarleton baseball and softball teams this weekend as the Texans and TexAnns announced changes for this weekend’s games against Angelo State.

Baseball will welcome No. 3 Angelo State to town for a doubleheader on Friday at 1 p.m. The Tarleton Athletic Department and the Texan Club will be on hand Friday providing free hot dogs and T-shirts, beginning at 2:30 p.m. The final two games of the series will be single games on Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting, starting at 1 p.m. each day.

Meanwhile, TexAnn Softball will move its doubleheader to Friday evening at 4:30 p.m. before wrapping up its series with No. 1 Angelo State Saturday at 1 p.m.
