Representatives from the Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA) announced the establishment of the Gilbert Ward Memorial Hydrology/Hydraulics Endowed Scholarship on Tarleton State University’s annual Day of Giving, April 4. Among those gathered for the scholarship signing ceremony were (l-r) Dr. James Pierce, dean of the College of Science & Technology; Tarleton President F. Dominic Dottavio; Dr. Karen Murray, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs; TFMA representatives Selina Mitzi and Margie Casebier; and Dr. Steve Damron, dean of the College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences.
