JoAnn Ragan was born on March 4, 1926 in McClean, Texas. She went to be with her LORD on June 30, 2017 at the age of 91 years, 3 months and 26 days. She was the daughter of Jasper Shaw and Elsie (Lamberson) Shaw. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Taylor and later to T. C. Ragan. She was preceded in death by Mr. Taylor and Mr. Ragan & her daughter – Debbie Melton.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law – Duane & Brenda Taylor of Dublin, Texas; her son-in-law – Rex Melton of Dublin, Texas; her step-daughter and husband – Linda & Dean Kvasnikev of Alaska; her step-daughter & husband – John & Marty Ragan of Alaska; her stepdaughter – Janie Browning of Arizona; her grandchildren – Sharla & Dan Gullette, Bob & Sheila Taylor, Dustin & Sondra Spurger; Dub & Jessica Allen and Bennie & Melissa Allen; (15) great-grandchildren; (4) great-great grandchildren; her sister – Wanda Patterson of Stephenville, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
JoAnn was a retired Medical Records Director & Bookkeeper for Dublin Hospital, Inc. and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dublin, Texas.
