Linan, Curtoys lead Lady Lions past Hillsboro

(August 23, 2017) — Dublin dropped a set at home, but has still won every match it has played inside Neff Gymnasium this season, perhaps a good omen of a successful weekend to come as he Lady Lions host the Dublin Athletic Booster Club tourney Thursday and Saturday.

Linan, Curtoys leads the way:
The Lady Lions beat Hillsboro in four sets, 25-11, 14-25, 25-20, 25-16 Tuesday evening behind 12 kills and eight digs by Angelica Linan, who attempted 34 attacks including 15 in the decisive fourth set. Kylie Curtoys doubled up with 24 assists and 12 digs.

Kyleigh Bamber – 22 digs, 7 kills, 3 service aces
Joley Chisholm –  6 kills, 4 digs, 2 blocks
