(November 15, 2017) — Huckabay rolled to a 60-24 win over Priddy Tuesday, scoring more points in the first half than Priddy did the entire contest.

The Lady Indians jumped ahead 14-2 through a quarter and made it 34-10 by intermission. The margin was a more respectable 26-14 in the send half because Hauckabay Coach Caleb Walls slowed his team’s pressure-cooker defense that causes so many headaches for opponents.

Emmy Rodriguez scored 14 points, Kailin Dowell netted 13, and Presli Bray had 13 to lead Huckabay. Other Lady Indian scorers were Trinity Meador 6,  Tiffany Lopez 5, Abby Fields 4, Madison Pearson three, Savanna Graves two and Gracie Barrett two.

The Huckabay varsity girls and boy visit Eula Friday at 6 and 7:30 p.m.
