Donald Vern Landrum, born June 19, 1929 in Pickett, Arkansas, to parents William and Artra (Parsons) Landrum, passed away in Temple, Texas on December 26, 2017 at age 86. Donald also known as “Don” to family and friends loved playing golf and fishing. Don served his county for nine years in the US Army as an engineer, after his discharge hespent fifty years as a brick and stone mason. Preceding Don in death were his parents and wife Davic Darlene Landrum. Surviving Don are four children, Donald V. Landrum, Jr., and David Landrum, Donna Lee Meador and husband Carl, Darrell Dean Landrum and wife Peggy. Don is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date.
