A LOOK BACK AT LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton women’s basketball scored a season-high 104 points in a 104-52 rout over Arlington Baptist on Tuesday in Wisdom Gym. 13 players – except for Nina Alvarez who dished out a career-high seven assists off the bench – scored for the TexAnns and it’s the most points scored since 2014 when they scored 114 in a win over Texas College.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Tarleton and Southeastern Oklahoma will meet for the first time since 2011 when the TexAnns recorded the biggest win in the school’s NCAA era. The TexAnns are 14-11 all-time against the Savage Storm, who used to be a part of the Lone Star Conference before leaving for the Great American Conference in 2011. In the last meeting between the two schools, Tarleton earned its first-ever NCAA playoff victory as the TexAnns defeated Southeastern 86-75 in the opening round of the South Central Region tournament. A complete box score from Tarleton’s historic win against the Savage Storm can be found online at TarletonSports.com or on page 109 of the 2017-18 TexAnn Basketball Media Guide.

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
Tarleton will waste no time in returning to Lone Star Conference action as the TexAnns will host Angelo State and Texas A&M-Kingsville next weekend. Tarleton will host Angelo Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and Kingsville Saturday at 2 p.m
