Evelyn was born on September 26, 1935, in Stephenville to the late Dwight and Mary Ellen Walker McInroe. She married Kenneth Wylie on October 22, 1954 in Stephenville. Evelyn was a member of the Graham Street Church of Christ, worked many years as a food server, and was a lifelong resident of Stephenville.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Michele and husband Jeff Hudson of Mansfield; grandchildren, Summer and her husband Brian Clark and their son, Matthew; grandson, Justin and his wife Ana Crow and their children, Lily, Abby, and Violet; and grandson, Joshua Crow; sister, Sandra Davis of Stephenville; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Evelyn was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy McInroe and a sister, Frances Logan.
