Elda Faye Reed (Everett)

Elda Faye Reed (Everett), 81, has gone to be with her LORD on the night if April 21, 2018. She was the daughter of J.B. Everett & Pearl Olene Gilbreath, born on April 27, 1936, in Erath County. Elda wed Troy “Rocky” Lemoines Reed on November 2, 1952, in Lingleville, Texas. To this union, they added four children.

Elda was a Baptist. She worked as a seamstress, a manager of a sewing factory, and as a deli manager at David’s Supermarket.

She was preceded in death by her father – J.B. Everett; her mother – Pearl Olene Everett; her daughter – Rhonda Faye Stanfield; two grandsons – Landen James Ramsey and Slayton Lee Ringo; and one granddaughter – Yvonne Lechelle Reed.

Elda will be remembered by her husband – Troy L. Reed of McGregor, Texas; her daughter and son-in-law – Judy & Rodney Gromatzky of McGregor, Texas; her sons and daughters-in-law – David & Kathleen Reed of Dublin, Texas and Tony & Carol Reed of Dublin, Texas; her sister – Barbara Glover of Crowley, Texas; her brother – Joe Everett of Dublin, Texas; her grandchildren –
