To the editor:
As a Stephenville resident and supporter of this great city that we love, I am voting for Brandon Huckabee for City Council, Place 8. Brandon has a passion for doing what is right and necessary to improve our city for current and future residents, while maintaining the historical integrity and small-town feel that many know and love.
Brandon is a go-getter. From the moment he decided that it was time to launch a campaign to serve the City of Stephenville in this capacity, he has been nothing short of enthusiastic and has brainstormed many ideas about how best to show his passion for Stephenville and its citizens. I believe we need someone who will get the facts, carefully consider those facts and then take action with high regard toward the needs of our city, such as infrastructure improvements and budget concerns.
As a small business owner, Brandon is fiscally conservative; as a father, he is conscious of the future of Stephenville for today’s children; as a fourth generation Stephenville resident, he is invested in the city’s history that makes Stephenville a great place to call home. I believe that Brandon is the refreshing perspective and conservative voice for the people that Stephenville has been seeking.
I urge my fellow Stephenville citizens to fully educate themselves on the candidates, then join me in looking to our future while embracing our notable history, by voting Brandon Huckabee for Stephenville City Council, Place 8.
