Carroll has served in professional organizations and committees such as NATA and SWATA. Carroll was inducted into the Southwest Athletic Trainers’ Association Hall of Fame in the summer of 2016.

Carroll currently serves as an Athletic Trainer Director-Elect for the Board of Education.

“I’ve been here a long time,” Carroll said. “Stephenville is a great place to live and work. It was a tough decision. It’s hard to leave. Graham is a great place and sometimes you need to leave your comfort zone to grow personally and professionally. It’s a great opportunity.”
