Dean Cason, 92, of Stephenville, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in Stephenville.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, July 26, 2018 at the Lower Green’s Creek Cemetery in Erath County with Rodney Carpenter officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm Wednesday at the Stephenville Funeral Home.
Dean was born on January 13, 1926 in Stephenville to the late Lee and Pearl McEntire. She married W.V. (Sandy) Cason on November 1, 1941 in Stephenville and he preceded her in death on December 9, 1987. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her daughters, Dana Hornbeck, and Sheila Birdwell and husband Robert all of Stephenville; grandchildren, Mitchell, Micheal, Blake, Tiffany, Cody, Jarratt, and Zoe; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
Dean was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Pearl; husband, W.V.(Sandy) Cason; son, Ed Cason; and a granddaughter, Hope Deming.
