STEPHENVILLE – Football and Volleyball season is weeks away, which means the Todd Whitten and Mary Schindler Radio Shows are right around the corner.
The first Todd Whitten Radio Show will go live from the lobby of Texstar Ford on August 30 at 12 p.m. on the Tarleton Sports Network and will continue each Thursday throughout the football season. The ninth-year head coach joins the Voice of the Texans, Byron Anderson. The weekly show, which is a 30-minute program, will feature discussions about the Texan Football team, upcoming and previous opponents, and everything fans need to know about Tarleton Football.
The first Mary Schindler Radio Show will begin on August 23 at noon from the lobby of F&M Bank. The show will continue each Monday throughout the volleyball season. The 14th-year head coach will join the Voice of the TexAnns, Kyle Crews. The weekly show, which will also be a 30-minute program, will feature discussions about the reigning LSC Champion TexAnn Volleyball team, upcoming and previous opponents, and more.
The shows will be aired on the flagship station of Tarleton Athletics, KTRL 90.5 FM in Stephenville, and worldwide at TarletonSports.com/ListenLive. The shows can also be seen live at Texstar Ford and F&M Bank. There will be pizza from The Pizza Place, refreshments and door prizes provided to the live audience. Other show sponsors include Texas Bank and Cross Timbers Orthopedics.
Texan Football’s season begins on August 30 at home against Delta State and TexAnn Volleyball also opens at home on August 24-25 with a pair of doubleheaders for the Tarleton Invitational.
