Saint-Gobain Abrasives honors outstanding performance and commitment

Saint-Gobain Abrasives recently held their third annual Sandys award ceremony and masquerade ball at the Twisted J Venue.  The Sandys honors top performers for the year and recognizes employees for their years of service.

“Being able to honor our employees for their service and performance is a true testament to the value that Saint-Gobain has for its employees.  Our employees are the core of our business and without them, we would not be successful”, plant manager Dan Villarreal.

Employees were recognized for their 5 to 30 years of dedicated service.  There were a variety of awards given during the night including, MVP for various departments, plant MVP, rookie of the year, community supporter, survivor, best project and best team.  There were even a few fun awards given for the best personality, the coolest and the rock star!
