STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton Cross Country remains ranked in the latest regional top 10 poll for the South Central Region released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The Texans moved up two spots to eighth and the TexAnns fall one spot to 10th.
The Texans, the highest ranked team in the LSC, are one of two LSC teams in the regional rankings with West Texas A&M ranked ninth. The Texans are coming off of a first-place finish at the Watson Ford Invitational last Saturday.
The TexAnns are the only team from the LSC ranked in the regional rankings. The TexAnns are coming off of a second-place finish last Saturday at the Watson Ford Invitational.
The Tarleton Cross Country teams will head to Commerce on Friday to run in the East Texas Shootout.
