Services for Richard “Rick Coyote” Roberts, 70, Welder, who died on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.
Richard was born in Cleveland, Texas on July 18, 1948 to Glenn and Wilma (Thomas) Roberds. He married Shirley Ann Novosad on May 28, 2006, in Lyons, Texas at Community Chapel.
Richard was a member of Bluff Dale Baptist Church, was a 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Summerville Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his mother Wilma Roberds, his wife Shirley Roberts, three sons, Ryan Roberds of Baytown, Texas, Richard Roberds of Arkansas, John Schoppe of Stephenville; one daughter Aimie Wilcox of Cleburne, Texas; eleven grandchildren, and one brother Brad Roberds & wife Stacey of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by one son William Schoppe, and one grandson C.J. Davis
Memorials may be made to the Children Masonic Home.
