The Erath County Grand Jury met this week and returned 18 indictments on 15 individuals for April, including Stephen Lee Apala for theft ($30,000 or more but less than $150,000) aggregated and James Keene for criminal attempt to compel prostitution as well as 8 other individuals for drugs and more.
