Services for Elsie May Bills, 95, Store Clerk, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Briscoe officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Lacy Funeral Home.
Elise was born in Chester, Illinois on November 18, 1923 to George Willard Welden and Elsie May (Walden) Welden. She married Elton F. Bills on May 14, 2005, in Dublin, Texas. He preceded her in death.
Elsie was a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Stephenville, Texas.
Survivors include Daughter, Karen Lawson and Glynn of Stephenville, Texas; son Welden Johnson and Jane of Grand Rapids, Michigan; grandchildren Ross Johnson, Dustin Lawson, Jennifer Troope, Margo Roncka; eleven great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
