A memorial service for Wade Clifton Shelton, 45, Caregiver, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel in Stephenville.
Wade was born in Stephenville, Texas on May 20, 1974 to W. C. Shelton and Rita Nell Packwood.
Survivors include Mother Rita Nell Shelton of Granbury; sister Lavonna Nix and husband Michael of Granbury.
Wade was preceded in death by his father, W. C. Shelton on December 31, 2015.
