The Erath County Grand Jury met this week and returned 18 indictments on 12 individuals for June, including Alyssa Gayle Litwin, 34, for two counts of manslaughter, aggravated assault and tampering with evidence four counts of endangering a child; Robert McGaugh who was arrested for four counts of sexual assault of a child.
