Judy was born in Gorman, TX on March 1, 1945 to Ira and Byrl Frasier. She grew up in Duster and enjoyed working on the farm with her father and brother. Judy attended DeLeon High School and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. It brought her great joy to play the organ at the local Baptist church. She met the love of her life, Larry Mac Morgan of Comanche, the summer of 1962 at the local Peach and Melon Festival. Larry Mac and Judy were married later that year and shortly after welcomed their first child, daughter Jeanne. Judy, such a beautiful woman, was noticed and sought after for a short time of modeling in Dallas. She then worked at Higginbotham Brothers as a bookkeeper for over a decade. Larry Mac and Judy welcomed their son, Keith in 1971. She later relocated to Waco, where she owned and operated Merle Norman Cosmetics. Judy was passionate about meeting and serving women who came through the doors seeking out the best skincare and beauty products.

Judy was a woman of strong faith and a prayer warrior. She spent hours on her knees in prayer for her family, friends, our nation, and the broken of the world. She was an active member of Women’s Aglow Fellowship. She was passionate about her family and adored her grandchildren, even until the end her face lit up when they came to visit her.
