FUNERAL SERVICES: Graveside, 3:00 pm., Monday, March 16th in Dublin Liveoak Cemetery with burial to follow.

VISITATION: 5 to 7 pm. Sunday, March 15th at Harrell Funeral Home.

Hazel Marie Marx was born on November 15, 1918 in Dublin, Texas. She went to be with her LORD on March 13, 2015 in Dublin. She was the daughter of Roy Jackson Tackett and Beulah Lee (Salyer) Tackett. She was united in marriage to Douglas Marx, who preceded her in death in 1993 and also by her son, Mike Tackett.

Hazel is survived by her sister, Helen Warner of Dublin, Texas; her grandson, Roy Tackett of Cottege Grove, Minnesota; her daughter-in-law, Donna Tackett Post of Cottege Grove, Minnesota; her nephews; Steve Hallmark of Dublin, Paul Warner of Dublin, and Randy Tackett of Plano, Texas; her brother-in-law, Jack Marx of the state of Michigan and a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Hazel was a retired Public School Teacher who taught in San Antonio, Ft. Worth, Dallas and Odessa, Texas for 42 years. She was a member of the Class Room Teachers Association, the Texas State Teachers Association and the Accolade Teachers Group. Hazel was a member of Patrick Street Church of Christ in Dublin, Texas.
