STEPHENVILLE (March 19, 2015) — Youth baseball is coming to Stephenville this weekend.

There Stephenville Sox baseball organization is hosting a tournament for 10U, 11U and 12U teams at Stephenville City Park Saturday and Sunday.
With opening games beginning at 8 a.m. and late contests starting at 8:15 p.m., there will be 23 games on Saturday alone. Sunday games also begin at 8 a.m. with championships starting anytime between 4:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
“It should be lots of fun. This tournament actually turned out a lot bigger than I expected,” said Keith Phillips, with Stephenville Sox, by email. “This event will bring around 215 families to Stephenville.”
