More arrests expected in tire-slashing incident

One Dublin juvenile has been arrested in connection with a tire-slashing incident along the Bluebonnet street area in Stephenville last week and more arrests are expected.

Investigators had been reportedly focusing on a group juveniles and Stephenville Police Chief Jason King said yesterday an arrest was expected in the case soon. Police had problems contacting the juvenile which led to a delay in the case’s investigation.

Reports of up to 20 cars having their tires slashed surfaced on social media. It is unclear exactly how many of those people made a police report, but as seen in the pictures below there were a large number of people changing tires the next day.
