STEPHENVILLE (October 12, 2015) – The last time basketball was played in Wisdom Gym, Tarleton was celebrating a regional Championship.
On Wednesday night, the madness and excitement returns to Wisdom Gym – only this time it’s to tip off the 2015-16 season with the annual Midnight Madness.
The doors will open at 11:15 p.m. and once the clock strikes midnight, the TexAnn basketball team will be introduced as they take the court for a scrimmage. The men’s team will follow with high-flying dunks and a scrimmage of their own.
The festivities will begin with the Tarleton basketball band, Foul Play, performing along with appearances from the Texan Cheerleaders and the Texan Stars.
There will be a live broadcast and a web stream of Midnight Madness on KTRL 90.5 and TarletonSports.com/listenlive, courtesy of the Tarleton Sports Network presented by the North Texas Ford Dealers. Casey Hogan, the voice of the Texans, will interview players and coaches throughout the evening. There will also be prizes for fans in attendance.
