TSU Food Science Class Hosts Cooking Workshop for Students

STEPHENVILLE (Nov. 11, 2015)-  The Tarleton State University Food Preparation and Meal Management Class hosted a hands-on cooking workshop for students on Wednesday night. Attendees learned how to cook a brown rice pilaf with kale and butternut squash, coconut baked chicken strips and crepes for dessert. At the end of the night, students took home their recipes and their new skills.
