TSU hosts Holiday Cooking Workshop

STEPHENVILLE (November 13, 2015)- The Tarleton Holiday Cooking Workshop was held last night and taught by Paula McKeehan’s Food and Culture class. Attendees cooked and tasted a variety of cultural dishes- both traditional and with a holiday twist to them. Groups cooked food such as tiramisu and cranberry brie bites. It was a night of food and holiday fun, and at the end of the night attendees took home a recipe book to recreate dishes for their own Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations.
