STEPHENVILLE (December 18, 2015) — The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce is once again organizing a buyer’s pool to help support local youth in the Erath County Junior Livestock Show January 7-9.
The Chamber accepts donations as small as $25, with most giving $100 – $500, and some giving over $1,000. All donors will be recognized the night of the sale and in the Chamber newsletter after the sale. Donors who give $1,000 or more will receive a special invitation to the Buyer’s Steak Dinner served by the youth exhibitors on Saturday, January 9th, at 5:00 p.m. before the sale.
To be included in this year’s Chamber Buyer’s Pool, reply to this email or call us at 965-5313 with your pledge amount so we can send you an invoice. All funds will be used to support the youth and their animal projects at the Market sale.
Last year, the Chamber Buyer’s Pool invested over $25,000 in local youth.
The Market & Dairy Auction will be combined and will be held on the evening of Saturday, January 9th.
The Chamber Pool will be used on the Market Animals which includes sheep, steers, swine, poultry, rabbits and goats. Contact Jason Beyer about contributing to the dairy pool, which is separate from the Chamber Buyer’s Pool.
