Dawna Kay Yarborough, born June 14, 1947 to parents Una Wade Campbell and Clarence Braswell in Eastland County, Texas, passed away January 12, 2016 in Dallas, TX at the age of 68. Dawna loved the Lord, enjoyed camping, helping others and spending time with her family and friends. She attended Tarrant County Junior College for dermatology and spent many years employed as an assistant to a dermatologist. Dawna was preceded in death by both her parents, and is survived by her two sons Kenneth Ray Yarborough, Jr. of Dallas and Ronnie Paul Yarborough of Waco. She is also survived by her former husband, who remained her good friend for life, Kenneth Ray Yarborough, Sr. of Fort Worth, as well as two special nieces who cared for her, Glenda Sterne of Arlington and Brenda Ellis of McKinney.

Visitation
The family will accept visitors from 2-3 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, located at 118 Second Street in Hico.
Graveside Services
Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, in the DeLeon City Cemetery under the direction of Harvest Hills.
