STEPHENVILLE (May 5, 2016) – Tarleton head women’s basketball coach Misty Wilson has announced the sixth member of her recruiting class – Reann Hall, a forward from Marble Falls who averaged double-figure rebounds per game last season.

“Reann is a player that really flew under the radar,” said Wilson. “She has great size and a good knowledge of the game. She had to play all over the floor in high school and that actually helped her develop some dribbling and passing skills that a lot of post players don’t have. We are very excited to get her here and see how she grows and develops throughout her career.

“I truly believe that Reann has the passion, energy, and dedication that it takes to become a great post player in this league,” she added.

Hall is coming off a senior campaign at Marble Falls High School where she averaged 10.3 rebounds per game for the 5A-District 25 Lady Stangs. She also scored 9.4 points per game, dished out 1.7 assists , and blocked 2.1 shots en route to a second-team all-district nod.

She becomes the third signing of the spring, joining Division I transfer Mackenzie Hailey and Brownwood High School point guard Trejouir Wilson, and the sixth member of this year’s recruiting class overall after Wilson signed Hannah Allen, Kylie Collins, and Lanie Roberts last fall.
