Stephenville – Services for Rosa Maria Orozco de Torres, 62, a loving mother and wife, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2016, at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church with Father Matthew Sanka officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Rosa was born in Parras de la Fuente Coah, Mexico on September 21, 1953 to Manuel Orozco and Maria De los Angeles Guerrero. She married Jose C. Torres on March 12, 1977, in Acuna, Coah, Mexico.
She was a member of St. Brendan’s Catholic Church in Stephenville, Texas.
Survivors include her husband; Jose C. Torres of Stephenville, daughter; Flor E. Ortuno and her husband, Julian, daughters; Alejandra Torres, Sophia Torres, and her son; Eriverto Torres and his wife; Claudia, grandchildren; Julian Ortuno Jr., Damian Ortuno, Bianca Ortuno, Justo Gonzales, Victoria Lopez, Valeria Angel Torres, brothers and sisters; Graciela, Elvia, Dora, Cesar, Rodolfo, Juan, Marina, Veronica, Maria Elena, Hugo, Tio Juan Garcia and Tia Gloria.
