Memorial Services for Nancy Ellen Davis, 79, homemaker, will be scheduled at a later date.
Nancy was born in Ainsworth, Nebraska, on February 23, 1937, to Virgil Walker and Alice (Pollock) Perry. Nancy Davis was a devout Presbyterian. Nancy took years of voice lessons and was accepted to the school of Juilliard. She raised Arabians in her early years. Nancy took Interior Design in college and traveled quite a bit in her times. She was a great mother, a fantastic grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was affectionately called “Mamer” by her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Susan Alley of Oklahoma, Christine Pursley and husband, Don, of Stephenville, James Sprieck of Stephenville, and Heather Estrada of Santa Fe, New Mexico; grandchildren, Matthew Alley, Josh Pursley, Scott Sprieck, Zane Sprieck, Richard Sprieck, Edward Sandifer, III, Holly Sprieck, and Jesse Estrada; great-grandchildren, Kinley Pursley, Heath Sprieck, Arkin Sprieck, and Willow Sprieck; and a brother, Don Treptow and wife, Dee, of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Sprieck in 2007.
