Chamberlain – Services for Dale Conner, 67, retired from Tenneco Inc. as a Senior Lead Security Analyst, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken May officiating. Visitation will be held from 7-8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Dale was born in McCook, Nebraska on March 25, 1949 to Harold Wilbur and Goldie Pearl (Dillon) Conner. He married Melba Curtis on February 10, 1973, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1972. He loved football (go Cornhuskers!!), photography, and woodworking.
Survivors include his wife, Melba (Curtis) Conner, son; Dale Lee Conner II and wife, Veronica, of New Braunfels, daughter; Allison Beth Moyer and husband, Gene, of Lufkin, 5 grandchildren, sisters; Fran Hofferber and husband, Bill, of Lexington, NE. and Lois VanDusen and husband, Dennis, of Kearney, NE., brother; Richard Conner, of Phillipsberg, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers; Darrel Edward Conner and Lewis Dean Conner.
