STEPHENVILLE (October 6, 2016)– Katelin Huckabee has been named the Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week for the second straight week.
Huckabee led the TexAnns at the Chile Pepper Festival for the third straight meet coming in 32nd (out of 254 Division II runners) in a time of 18:22.29 in the 5,000-meter course. Huckabee and the TexAnns placed 10th in the meet, topping all LSC opponents in the process. This is Huckabee’s third LSC Runner of the Week award this season and the fourth of her career.
The Texans and TexAnns will compete at the Angelo State Blue/Gold Invitational on October 11 in San Angelo, Texas.
