The younger campers were hard at work Monday morning and there certainly was no problem with focus as they went through their drills. The three-day camp focuses on fundamentals one-on-one, three-on-three, five-on-five and defensive schemes

Each step as designed as a building block for the next and this is the third year that Brooks has held the camp in Stephenville after serving two years as an assistant.

“I have always enjoyed basketball camp,” Brooks said. “It’s fun watching these young players learn new skills and building on them”

The campers wrap up on Wednesday with a pizza party. Campers will also be taking home a T-shirt and a basketball. Stay tuned to The Flash Today for more updates on the 2018 Stephenville Yellow Jacket Basketball Camp and this year’s group photos.
