Congratulations to DeLeon senior quarterback Kevin Yeager and Stephenville senior setter Hannah Huckabee who have been named this week’s Dairy Queen Players of the Week.
DeLeon’s Kevin Yeager passed for 331 and three touchdowns and rushed for 113 more on the ground and two scores in a 36-23 win against Tolar. The win lifted the Bearcats 2-0 on the season.
Stephenville’s Hanna Huckabee posted a great match in a 25-17, 25-16, 25-12 win against Waco Robinson. Huckabee recorded nine digs and an astounding 19 assists in the match.
