The wonderful folks of the TREAT Riding Program at Tarleton State University hosted the 2018 Fall Season Special Kids Rodeo at the TSU Equine Center on Tuesday. TREAT is a therapeutic riding program that is offered to children with special needs. Numerous volunteers from the Stephenville area helped to make this event a huge success. Lunch, drinks and snacks were also available for the children and their adult teachers and sponsors. The kids got to participate in horseback riding, face painting, pumpkin painting, and various mock rodeo events. The following is not a complete list of the schools that were in attendance but it would be a good percentage of them: Stephenville, Dublin, Hico, Eastland, Granbury, Brownwood, Weatherford, Comanche, Peaster, Midway, Itasca, and Early.
