Daniel Luna pitched six-hitless innings and missed a perfect game by just one walk as he threw 43 strikes over 63 pitches and striking out three batters while facing 21 total.

The Jackets got the only run they would need in the first inning when they took a 1-0 lead and then had back to back three-run innings in the third and fourth stanzas to salt away the victory.
Cade Dunavent (3 RBI) and Cody Storrs (2 RBI) had the big bats for Stephenville with two hits each. Dunavent hit for extra bases with both of his pokes as hit a double and a triple. Anthony Wehnert also tapped a triple.
Gage Graham, Gabe Moore, Gifford, Trevor Easter and Trace Morrison each had hits to bring the Jackets’ total to ten for the game.
