Gifford had two hits and scored two runs while driving in a run himself.
Luna helped his efforts at the plate with a pair of hits and also drove in a run. Trevor Easter, Gabriel Moore, Cody Storrs, and Cade Dunavent each had one hit. Moore, Gage Graham, and Wehnert also had one RBI each. Kendall Storrs scored three runs in his courtesy-runner role.
Stephenville travels to Glen Rose and with both teams at 2-1 in District 7-4A both want a win to stay within striking distance of Brownwood who is pacing the league with a 3-0 record. The first pitch is set for 7 p.m. tonight.
