A Rodeo Clown contest was held at the Erath County Courthouse immediately following the 2019 Cowboy Capital of the World Rodeo Parade. There were 7 entries and the winners are:
- 1st Place – Tyann Clements
- 2nd Place – MJ Mitchell
- 3rd Place – Asa Elliott
Each of the winners won a rodeo gift bag.
